1. Age Restriction
   You must be over 18 years of age to attend or participate in any Sun City Garage Bingo event. We reserve the right to request proof of age with a valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence). Entry will be refused without valid ID and tickets will not be refunded.

2. Ticket Purchase & Communication
   By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be added to our mailing list for updates on future events, offers, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Your Responsibility

   • To ensure all personal details are correct when purchasing tickets.

   • To check you are buying tickets for the correct date, venue, and city.

   • To arrive on time as stated on your ticket. Late entry is not guaranteed and no refunds will be provided.

   • To comply with all venue regulations and staff instructions during the event.

4. Venue Entry
   All guests must adhere to venue entry policies: Over 18s only | Dress code: Smart Casual | No intoxicated entry.
   Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of entry, at the discretion of door and security staff. No refunds will be issued for refusal of admission.

5. Entertainment & Line-up
   Performers, DJs, and timings are subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a headline artist cancellation, the event will still proceed with replacement acts of equal calibre.

6. Refund Policy
   Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Sun City Garage Bingo.

7. Bookings & Seating
   Seating is allocated upon arrival. Bookings are managed by lead name, not by table. While we aim to seat groups together, shared tables may occur depending on venue capacity.

8. Arrival Time
   Last entry is 8:00 PM. Guests arriving late may not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.

9. Group Tickets
   Groups are advised to arrive together to ensure seating arrangements are respected. There is no fixed seating plan — it’s first come, first served on the night.

10. Food & Drinks
    Most venues offer bar service and food options. Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless authorised by the venue.

11. Event Behaviour
    Our events are designed for fun and inclusivity. Any abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or guests will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

12. Photography & Filming
    Please note that all Sun City Garage Bingo events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials.

13. Event Cancellation
    In the rare event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified by email, and refunds or alternative dates will be provided.

    14.Liability
         Sun City Entertainment Ltd. accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where negligence is proven.
